Beginning in Bongrae market, Busan, in 1953, it is the oldest eomuk plant in Korea, with 63 years of history, carried on for 3 generations.
From the ancestors to the third generation, Samjinfood preserved the same traditional ‘taste’ and ‘secret’, and in order to let its ‘taste’ as the birthplace of eomuk known, it insists on making the best quality eomuk, as if making it for their family, by abiding by the product standard of including over 70% of fish meat content contrasted to flour/starch ratio.
And as the originator of Busan eomuk, we will do our best to develop more fresh and sanitary food, based on the succession of unchanging business mind and superior technology.
All employees of ‘eomuk 1st avenue’ will make an effort in order to enable consumers to safely enjoy with this belief, and select real Busan eomuk.
With the start of eomuk bakery business in 2013, currently 6 branches in Busan and 3 branches in capital area are operational.
